Ring Rolling

With three vertical Ring Mills and one horizontal Ring Mill, we can produce rings from 350 mm OD to 3000 mm OD, and weight range of 15 kgs to 3200 kgs. This enables us to service high pressure equipment, pharmaceutical, gasket and heavy duty gearbox manufacturers.

All Open Die and Ring Rolled components are heat treatedin LPG-fired, PLC controlled batch furnaces. These furnaces are calibrated as per API 6A and AMS 2750E standards and meet the critical needs of our customers. These furnaces are capable to perform a variety of heat treatment like Normalizing, Annealing and Iso-thermal Annealing.

The quench tanks are close to the furnace, and have independent agitation and cooling systems to ensure effective quenching and a transfer time within 60 seconds.

The products manufactured by us go through a series of quality checks to ensure they meet customer specifications. The quality checks are both destructive and non destructive.
