Design & Die Development

We have a well-qualified, experienced & equipped design team with more than 12 engineers.

We use the following software for Die design & development:

  • Forge 2011 simulation software (for First Time Right in Forging Process)
  • Unigraphics NX 10 (3D Modeling)
  • Auto Cad (software for 2D Drawing)
  • Delcam Cam Programming (Manufacturing)

In-house Dies / Tooling manufacturing through a state-of-the-art Die Shop, consisting of CNC HASS Machines VF5, VF6, VF8 & Hartford.

Dies / Tooling are inspected and subjected to a number of tests before release to production.
